What you can log
Meals by photo, spoken description, typed description or barcode. Water and other drinks. Movement, sleep, recovery and activity read from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, with your permission.
How it works
- Capture. Photograph the plate or say what you ate. BodyCue separates the components of a mixed meal — including home-cooked dishes such as dal, roti, curries and thalis alongside Western staples — estimates each portion and shows the nutrition.
- Connect. Nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration and recovery are read together rather than counted in isolation.
- Cue. You get one Daily Cue: what today looks like, why, and one practical next step. You can also ask BodyCue about your own logged history.
Pricing
Core logging is free: meals, calories, macros, micronutrients, corrections and portion editing. The intelligence layer — the Daily Cue, progress intelligence, Ask BodyCue and health-connection context — is included in a 14-day free trial, after which your plan renews at the price shown in your local currency in the app. Billing and cancellation are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime.
Privacy and your data
Your logged data is yours. Health connections are opt-in, you choose what is shared, and you can disconnect at any time. BodyCue does not sell your health data. See the privacy policy and terms.
Frequently asked
- Is BodyCue just a calorie tracker?
- No. Nutrition is one layer. BodyCue also reads movement, sleep, recovery, hydration, habits and progress, and interprets them together instead of only counting them.
- How does photo logging work?
- You photograph the plate. BodyCue identifies the components, estimates quantities and produces the nutrition for the meal. You can correct any component or portion before confirming, and the numbers update with your correction.
- Can I log without a photo?
- Yes — describe a meal in natural language, speak it, scan a barcode, or repeat something you eat often.
- Is BodyCue a medical app?
- No. BodyCue is a wellness companion. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
- Is there a web version?
- BodyCue is built for iPhone and Android. This site is where you learn about it and install it.
